Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at cgdboutique@gmail.com and an address to send the defective item will be provided.
Pre-order items are imported and ordered specifically based on the customer’s selected size, color, and other specifications. As a result, we do not offer exchanges, or returns for pre-order items that have been incorrectly ordered by the client.
Please double-check all order details, including size and color, before placing your pre-order. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be changed or canceled.
This policy is necessary because imported pre-order items are sourced specifically for each customer and cannot be returned to our suppliers.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Preorder Refunds
No refunds will be processed on preorder items that have been placed and delivery has not occured as yet with in the approx timeframe.
Refunds on preorder items will only be considered should the timeline have lapsed and sufficent reason for the delay has occured. The option of refund will only then be given to the client.
No refunds will be process on preorder items that have been incorrectly ordered by the client.
